    Happy Halloween.!.........The following video is extremely scary....Beware!!! May be too disturbing for many to watch.... I enjoyed it so much I've watched it at least four times.

    I bet you're curious - Right?

    Here it is:
    If you dare...(link)

    HAAAApppeeeeeee Hallllllowwweeeen!!!

    {Thank you, Stacy Hedger!}
    We're all so vulnerable.

    Life happens; Most of us grow and are able to laugh at ourselves.
    {Bless you, Stacey. It's not often a performance brings me to hysterical tears.}
    Brings back memories of the first time a saw Pee Wee Herman perform his
    'Tequila' dance on top of the bar at the biker road house in Pee Wee Herman's movie, Pee Wee's Big Adventure.
    What's even funnier is that one of my finest friends in the world informed me that the theatrics
    Stacy performs on stage reminds him of my antics and personality on an every-day basis.
    Yup, yip, what am I waiting for? The world is my stage and I've yet t be "discovered" or should I say "uncovered"...."recovered".

    I do admit to loving life and being able to show it - talented or not. (You bet'ya Im talented!!!) ;0)

    ENJOY today because the grim reaper could be whispering in your ear....
    It's Halloween folks....wouldn't want to SCARE YOU!.....hahahahahahahaha!!!...)

    What's for breakfast? How many dishes can you create with spinach? How'bout Spinach salad with Pears and nuts and cheese. Quiche; Creamed Spinach, and wonder if you might have more ideas for me to work with. Thanks for your time and input. -jif

    A wonderful scrambled breakfast.

    Maybe this dish is not for all, as yams/sweet potatoes may not be everyone's cup-O-tea.

    I bought a HUGE bag of spinach the other day and thought to myself

    as I placed it in my basket what different types of meals I could create with it.

    Here's the first round of Spinach Delight:

    Two eggs

    A handful of fresh chopped (torn) spinach

    Small baked yam peeled and cubed (I cooked my yam (punctured first) in microwave for 4 minutes let it cool and was able to peel off skin easily. (FYI,I ate the skin of the potato as I peeled it off; Feel free to leave skin on potato cubed up if you wish.

    Small slice of onion (chopped)

    Teaspoon minced garlic

    Teaspoon Chicken Bouillon

    1/4 cup or less milk or water or no liquids at all.

    Blend together all ingredients and scramble on your stove top or nuke it in your microwave making sure to stir occasionally.

    Season with salt and pepper. (I'm an advocate of freshly milled pepper on most foods in need of seasoning, but not all.)

    Top it off with finely grated sharp tasting cheese. (I used KERRYGOLD Dubliner Irish cheese for this occasion. Irish Dubliner cheese can be found in most markets. This type of Irish cheese is dense and somewhat hard and super sharp, and its taste and texture, and consistency reminds me of Parm. or Romano cheese, but it's IRISH!

    Good morning America! With.............me .......and the cats ............and ..........a.......... dead Argentinian leader...

    Went to bed early last evening and I'm up before 4:00 AM this morning.
    Coffee's been brewed and sipped; cats have been fed and let out to roam in the dark, silent, yet-to-be-busy streets.
    I stood out on the balcony and peered down from above watching those nocturnal creatures play and interact with each other.

    Winston, the kitten, took the opportunity to scamper up a young oak tree.
    As he clung to the bark of the slim trunk he cocked his head backwards and looked up at me.
     It was a ["Hey mom! look at me!"] kind-of-a-moment.

    Domestic animals can actso human at times.
    What a cute, sporty, agile, spunky, goofenheimer that little,Winston-the-kitten can be;
    as well as being a warm, motor-purring, soft, furry, love-pillow.

    My mature 14-year-old (plus) kitten, Goodboyz, trotted down along the sidewalk
    and found a fine pile of leaves to test out and forage through.

    We all have to play and pretend and have fun in life you know... I haven't forgotten how to do it; -Have you?

    {As I walked along the spindled rails of the balcony
    I held my shoulders back and looked down at the crowd;
    I picked up my white, floor-length, satin gown that radiates like a beacon
    from the reflection of the early morning moon and stars,
    and confidently turned my back from the people and strolled toward my doorway
    feeling rather elite; with my breast and heart filled with soulful, elevated love,
    and with the notion that I was
    Evita Peron.}

    Don't worry folks, I'm still a great representative for my own spirit, jenj  [me] these days, but DO be cautious of the 'REVOLUTION NOW' campaign that starts right here and starts right now.

    Long live the "little people"!
    United they rise. United they fall. There ain't no such thang as little fellers at all.

      The Death of Eva Peron
        Eva Peron ("Evita"), wife of Argentina's left-wing dictator Juan Peron, died in January 1952 of cervical cancer.

        Juan Peron's previous wife had also died of cancer of the cervix. Pap smears were in use in the developed world in the late 1940's, but had not caught on in Argentina.

        In January 1950, Ms. Peron fainted in public and was found to be anemic, evidently as the result of iron deficiency from blood loss due to her cancer. It's not clear whether her cancer was found at the time, but she continued to have heavy vaginal bleeding. She was taken to surgery and operated by an American "ghost surgeon"; she was never informed of what had been done, who operated her, or the nature of her illnesss.

        How much of this was the "fifties" mentality (concealing unpleasant truths)? How much was the "VIP syndrome", in which prominent people get their health problems concealed from the public? You'll have to decide this for yourself.

        Ms. Peron was enormously popular with her people, especially for her advocacy for the poor. She was one of the most beautiful and charismatic women of her era -- perhaps any era. My reading tells me that most of today's historians consider her a thoroughly genuine humanitarian. You can read about her final illness in Lancet 355: 1988, 2000. original context on the page: www.pathguy.com/lectures/women.htm

    Small 3.5 by 2.5 by 1.5 inch sugar skull with rhinestone eyes.

    Happy to see the image above can be viewed on the web;

    as I am having technical difficulty with a browser that's not coming up with images I can view and copy and paste.

    (That's how I usually add photos to this e-journal)

    I placed the image in Visual Page and viewed and copied the html source and pasted it in here and VIOLA!, a post is born.

    It's mid-October and rainy.

    I love the rain but it has been keeping me from Sugar Skull molding & decorating. The royal frosting I use doesn't

    set if it is damp or humid. ;0(

    Keep your chin up, and your blankets up to your chin if you live in the colder weather climate zones.

    I'm being taken out to lunch today!

    I hope you will be served up some good grub too.
