Notation February, 23: (The day after I created the work below.)

Did you know there is meaning and reason for everything? I was studying  and messing around with this artwork again in Adobe Photo Shop and I was thinking about different things/ideas/notions/symbolism relating to/associated with the goat- different titles that could work for this piece -What does this artwork mean? I played with the elements (free-flow) with no intentions. Just flowed along with the imaginative subconscious. No narrative in mind.

TODAY.......I GET IT!!!  I understand IT! (not that every art work needs to be understood mind you) BUT I GET IT!!! WOW! Kabooom! I'm going to do this more often.....I'm going to do this more often and leeeeeeeeaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrnnnnnnnnn!!! -about life and stuff and inner healing and finding answers and following them and knowing self-truth.

And......NO!, I'm not going to tell you (right now/maybe never) what this dream reads to me. Did I say dream? I meant to say creation. What is reality anyway? An illusion? A delusion? Confusion? A personal dream? A dream-state-of-mind? Wishing and wanting things to go your way? Wishful thinking and self deception? Blaming others for your own faults?(I think I'm getting off track here.... this is fun!)  Hmmmmmmmmm?

The journey of most people's lives is a horrifically fine adventure of uncontrollable chaotic circumstances. (A lot of B.S. you have to negotiate with, splintered in with moments of exquisite, indescribable BLISS!)

Is there really such a thing as a mistake?

Out of many ideas that came to me, the notion of a scapegoat congealed onto one of my thought-nodes and wouldn't rest until I looked up the definition of the term scapegoat.

Hey! I have an idea! Won't you be so inclined to educate yourself further and click on this informative (link)

I didn't realize the history behind the scapegoat.

    I see!

    Now I get it!

I'm going to be better now.

    (Thank you, Universe!)

Retro Brew Saturday! I'm employing one of my glass percolators to enhance my love of all things nostalgiac.

Ever try this type of coffee brewing method?

    Percolator: Find definition here: (link)

If you have the opportunity (Going camping without electricity helps.) brew up a pot of this old-fashioned styled coffee.

Grind beans coarsely and place on medium to low flame.

    (Water should not boil!)

Let the pressure of the water slowly build up and soon you'll see and hear the

gurgley spurts of water slosh through the glass nob at the top the pot and cascade down

through the basket and saturate the cradled coffee grounds.

Soon your hot clear water will become diluted with fresh percolated coffee and smell fantastic!

Let your pot-o-fresh coffee percolate on top of the flame for a short period and then turn off flame.

    For coffee connoisseurs the removal of the basket holding the saturated coffee grounds is imperative;

Drips from these perked grinds cause bitterness to the brewed pot.

    Enjoy your Saturday!

The Chinese New Year's Parade/Festival located in San Francisco will be taking place today.
The parade is one of the largest and finest and most elaborate Chinese festivals in the world!

    Got Bowls?

I did some deep cleaning the other day.
Washed and wiped down my vintage Bauer bowl collection and set them on the banister to dry.

I thought the scene was pretty colorful so I took a snapshot.
