Sometimes places and things look and feel the same.

The impressionistic dreamy quality of the image above is a digital photograph (No Adobe Photoshop fixes.)

taken from inside of a two-story house located in Maui, Hawai'i 'Upcountry' during an evening sunset.

One could easily mistake this photo as a hand brushed impressionist artwork.

While visiting some treasured individuals on an incredible varied mountainess island (That's you two, R&R.)

I was fortunate enough to have a personally guided tour that included lots of history and dialogue regarding Maui's Hawaiian Style Way of living.

While being taxied up and around and along bluffs and bridges and rocks and lava walls

I couldn't get over the echoeing resemblance of other countries landscapes that came to mind.

I was taken visually to different lands and cartography like the English country side,

and then taken to Italy's Tuscany region,

and then on to Mendicino California's Ocean side

and then transported to the lush green hills of Ireland,

 and then on to the Napa Valley of Northern California to the

transitioning of tropical foliage of the (REAL) Hawaiian Environment

and on to the barren harsh dry dessert of...(You come up with this one...)

More to come.....just the beginning.....and yet to be edited.

Another random moment in time captured for my Random Life concentration/series.

I tried "correcting" this image position and placing it upright ("righted") but it looked wrong to me.

I feel the "correct" way to view this image is as I posted it.

It's all about lines and angles and negative and positive space and balance.

Reflecting real life:

A bit askew at times.....without......reason.......and......

Sideways happens!

[BTW, The movie "Sideways" is one of my all-time favorite]

Many people in need funnel into this area where they find assistance through a local program called Loaves and Fishes. Loaves and Fishes donate meals and food and clothing and work opportunities and time and energy and love and attention to those in need.

Homeless....Disabled....Elderly....Drug Addicts....Alcoholics....Mentally Ill....Low Income Families....Runaways...Homeless Families....Women Escaping Violent Environments...Pushers....Prostitutes...War Veterans...The retarded (A.K.A. "Special Needs" folk) ....Ex-Cons....and Con Artists.....and Lazy People living off hand-outs....and Much, much more...

Make loving yourself and taking care of ALL the children in this world a priority.

No matter how "old" you get you still remain a child.

Children need love and protection and affection and devotion and direction and discipline and praise.
