April 29 I love the color blue. I hate feeling blue. I love bleu cheese.Like my baaaahdie? .... Bleu cheese babeee! Let's forget TRIM SPA for the moment folks. Like my baaaahdie?.... Bleu cheese babeee! Eeeeegads! Does the following recipe sound great...or what!?  Wisconsin True Bleu Potato Salad 1 1/4 cups dairy sour cream 2 tablespoons minced parsley 2 tablespoons tarragon white wine vinegar 1/2 teaspoon celery seed 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 3/4 cup crumbled Wisconsin bleu cheese 4 cups cubed cooked potatoes 1/2 cup diced celery 1/2 cup green onion slices 1/2 cup sliced water chestnuts Has anybody heard of or had the chance to taste this salad? I think I might add some roasted nuts to garnish such a fabulous sounding salad. Yuh think? What roasted nuts would you recommend? What's your favorite nut /nuts? I love cashews, pistachios, almonds, pecans, pine nuts, sunflower seeds.....and all of the rest of what ever nut you can think of.
