Big News! I've got a super, speedy, WiFi internet connection! (Woohoo!)

I think I'm back on the web-of-life folks. (yay!)

What a change it is from the gorgeous rural out-door living I've been cherishing for the past couple of years. The big city has a lot to offer. I'm liking my newest retreat in life. Sacramento has some wonderful Farmers' Markets that are open three times a week in various locations that are close by. (yay!) AND... I've found a bike trail two blocks away from my living situation where I can escape the city streets and find peaceful bliss along a natural pathway that extends for 20+ miles along the American River. At the moment there are still wild flowers in bloom. (Images coming soon.)

Does anyone know what type of rug this is? I think it is from the 1920s. It is hand knotted/tied.

Very heavy and super plush and measures approx. 6 feet by 4 feet.

Correct ruler positioning for counting knots. (Thanks, cpt23)

Looks to me the kpsi is 7 to 8 depending on where I take the measurement. (looks like my ruler is a bit off from the first knot.) ?

Rug dimensions are: 5' ten inches x 4' ten inches.

(avove image) The ruler is going the wrong direction for knot counting.
